RESERVATION POLICY

One day deposit is required for all reservations. Bookings for holidays and special events will require ½ the total amount. Deposit will be refunded with 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Credit cards can be accepted for deposit, however you may pay by travelers checks, check, or cash on arrival if you prefer. For same day bookings, we will not hold your room after 6:00 pm without payment.

We accept all major credit cards, travelers cheques, and cash.

PET POLICY


 - No pets, no smoking at Lodge. 
 - Dogs on leash allowed at campground. 


​CANCELLATION POLICY


Deposits will be refunded with 2 weeks notice of cancellation. 
If you cancel within 2 weeks, and we rebook your room, your deposit will be refunded.
If you do not call, and do not show, you will be charged.

Hikers- We realize that your time schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to change your arrival date, we will do so only if we have not refused another booking request for that date.
However, our regular cancellation policy will apply if you do not call prior to the day, or do not re-book.
 
COURTESY POLICY


We request that you give us a call if you will be arriving later than 8:00 pm on your reserved date. This will insure that we leave you a key if needed and directions to your room, if we are unavailable or have gone to bed.

  • FROM MA.: 495 N to I95N, continue on Maine Turnpike. Be sure to stay on the Turnpike, and do not take the 95 fork when it splits. 
  • Take the Gray Exit off the Turnpike-(formerly Exit # 11), new Exit #63---, follow Route 26 North for about 40 m. toward Bethel, turn right on Route 232, left on Route 2, right on Route 5 North, approximately 10 miles to Andover. 
  • Turn left on Church Street, we are 1/4 mile on left. 
  • FROM FRYEBURG ME: Follow Route 5 North to Andover.​
  • FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE: Follow Route 2 East to Route 5 N.

FOLLOW ABOVE DIRECTIONS UNTIL YOU TURN ONTO ROUTE 5 NORTH.

APPROXIMATELY 7 MILES FROM THE TURN FROM ROUTE 2, LOOK FOR THE COVERED BRIDGE SIGN. (THE CAMP IS 3 MILES SOUTH OF ANDOVER CENTER) TURN RIGHT ONTO COVERED BRIDGE ROAD.  ABOUT 1/4 MILE DOWN, YOU WILL SEE THE SIGN JUST BEFORE THE COVERED BRIDGE.  
TURN LEFT INTO THE CAMPGROUND.  
THE CABIN IS VISIBLE JUST AS YOU TURN, THE CAMPGROUND IS JUST BEYOND THE CABIN.
